Description of Service

Haakon AI provides an orchestration engine built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that interfaces with compatible third-party host applications and workspaces (e.g., Claude, Cursor). Haakon AI acts solely as a logic and routing layer. Because the Service operates via MCP, the execution of underlying Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated token costs are managed by your host application, not directly by Haakon AI.

Access, Licensing, and Security

Upon registration, you are issued a unique Haakon AI Access Key used to authenticate your MCP connection to our servers.

• License Scope: Your Access Key represents a single-user license. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your key, pooling seats, or routing multi-user traffic through a single licensed key unless you have explicitly executed a separate enterprise volume agreement with Haakon AI.
• Security: You are strictly responsible for keeping your access key secure. You agree not to publicly expose or embed your key in unencrypted client-side code.
• Revocation: We reserve the right to instantly revoke or suspend your MCP server access, without notice, if we detect concurrent multi-user login sharing, abusive request patterns, malicious injection attempts, or payment failures.

Billing and Subscription

Haakon AI operates on a straightforward, predictable monthly subscription model designed to support high-density, professional-grade output without the complexity of usage-based pricing. Your subscription fee provides full, unrestricted access to the Haakon AI orchestration engine based on your selected service tier, ensuring there are no variable usage fees or metered surcharges for your MCP executions. All subscription fees are processed upfront for the designated service period, as compute resources are immediately provisioned to maintain the infrastructure required for your specific architectural needs. In the event of a significant service disruption, Haakon AI may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits to your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal, at which point your access key will remain active through the end of your current paid billing cycle before being formally revoked.

Data Privacy and Pass-Through

Haakon AI is designed as a stateless pass-through architecture. We process the text data submitted via your host application's MCP payloads strictly for the purpose of executing the orchestration. We do not store your raw payload data or the generated outputs in our databases, nor do we use your proprietary data to train our own models.

Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. HAAKON AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI Output Disclaimer: You acknowledge that the Service interacts with experimental artificial intelligence. Haakon AI does not guarantee that the generated outputs, logic, or synthesis will be factually accurate, reliable, or error-free. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any logic, code, or strategic advice generated by the MCP server before relying on it in a production environment or business workflow.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAAKON AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

In no event shall Haakon AI's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid Haakon AI in the last billing cycle.

Indemnification (Safe Harbor)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haakon AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service.
• A breach of these Terms.
• Any data, inputs, or files you submit to the Service that violate the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of a third party.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
